Pedders to back Rally Central in 2024

In 2024, Rally Central is set for a refreshed appearance as Pedders Suspension & Brakes takes on the role of the name sponsor for the venue. Throughout the six rounds of the 2024 Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC) season, Pedders Rally Central will function as the central hub for each event. Serving as the primary location for all participating teams and crews, the site will host crucial services, the final podium presentation, and various activations.

Pedders Suspension & Brakes, a prominent brake, steering, and suspension specialist, has previously sponsored Rally Central during the 2019 Kennards Hire Rally Australia. Pedders Director Scott Pedder expressed enthusiasm about the company’s return to the ARC and its sponsorship of Rally Central, emphasizing Pedders’ longstanding support for Australian motorsport, rallying, and the ARC. The sponsorship is seen as an opportunity to promote the Pedders brand and contribute to the growth of the ARC and rallying in general.

Motorsport Australia CEO Sunil Vohra expressed gratitude to Pedders for their consistent support of the championship, highlighting the significance of Pedders Rally Central as a crucial element in rallying, providing fans with a unique opportunity to closely engage with Australia’s top rally drivers. Despite the sponsorship, Pedders Rally Central will continue to be open to spectators free of charge, allowing them to observe team mechanics in action, performing repairs against the clock, and interact with drivers.

The Rally of Canberra on 5-7 April is scheduled as the opening round of the 2024 Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship season.
